Please be informed that part of the Standard Product Support availed by __________, there is a free system upgrade to ORS Version 4.

Attached in this e-mail are the Features of ORS Version 4.0 kindly check for your approval. Once approved, kindly sign the conforme letter for us to start setting up the system. Also, as part of the requirements, we'll be needing the Domain Access and Payment Gateway Access for us to integrate the new version.

In line with this ma'am, may we also know when would be your most convenient schedule, so that we could set a meeting for us to formally present the ORS 4.0 version.
