PAYMENT ISSUES (Payment didn't push thru & Decline) & Lower Risk Management- PAYPAL

Issue: 

We have some concerns regarding payment.  We noticed in the reports that bookings that did not push through due to payment problem is quite high.  May we know the limitations when guests are already on the payment process?  Please see below queries:
      - How many minutes should the guest finish the payment process before the session expires?

      - How many times can the guest enter his credit card details before Paypal automatically declines the transaction?


Answer:

The reservations with Payment didn't push thru due to following reasons.
      - Guest went up to booking summary step and leaves/expires the session
      - Guest went up to Payment Gateway and leaves/expires the session

For security purposes, the guest should finish their reservation for 20 minutes or the session will expire. Also, they can encode their credit card multiple times. For example in the following bookings their status is Cancelled (Session Expired - Payment did not push thru), this means that the guest didn't proceed to the PayPal Gateway Page.

Upon checking the Google Analytics Exit Per Page, most of the guest close their browser in "Select Rooms & Rates" and "Guest Information" Page, kindly see attached file for your reference.

Ma'am, there is a new update of PayPal which lower the Risk Management of your PayPal Account. To be able to lower the risk, kindly follow the steps below. 
      1. Log in to your PayPal Account

      2. Click Profile
      3. Under Business Information, click update
      4. In the Company Information, click Edit
            Category: Travel
            Sales Venue: http://booking.whitesands.com.ph/
            Average transaction price: Php 110,000.00 - Php 230,000.00
            Average Monthly income: Php 22,900,000.00 - Php 114,300,000.00
            Percentage of annual revenue from online sales: 25%-50%
      5. Click Save

Also, I have attached the requirements that we needed to submit to PayPal. This is to prove that our company is registered and we are doing money laundering on our business. 

Note: The italic words depends on the details of the Resort / Hotel, kindly double check before  you email the client.

Cancelled (Pending Payment) - until payment page lang
Cancelled (Payment Completed) - naConfirm yung transaction then guest decided to cancel the transaction
