PAYMENT ISSUES (Payment didn't push thru & Decline) - MIGS
Issue:
I would like to call your attention regarding ORS booking issues on payments, session expired and declined payments, with details in the report attached herewith. Kindly give us the reasons why these issues are encountered by guest when booking thru online.Answer:
The reservations with Payment didn't push thru is due to following reasons.
- Guest went up to booking summary step and leaves/expires the session
- Guest went up to Payment Gateway and leaves/expires the session
With regards to the Decline transactions, you may need to contact your Payment Gateway provider for the support on this issue. Consider also having additional payment gateway like PayPal so Guest can have more options to make payment.
